Wicked Witch of the East

You upset the munchkins one time and they have some girl from Kansas drop a house on you.
I absolutely love Halloween and being able to dress up as whatever I want for at least one night a year. This year I came up with a super last minute costume and only needed to buy one thing, the tiny house on my head.

I decided to be the Wicked Witch of the East (the one who gets a house dropped on her in The Wizard of Oz). I knew I had these red heels from when my mom was Cruella de Vil a while back and I bought this dress over the summer intending to use it for a Wednesday Addams costume. All I needed to find was black and white socks or tights which I conveniently had from an Alice in Wonderland costume.

Since we never actually see the Wicked Witch's face (or anything besides her legs), I decided it would be fun to do a skull make up because a house isn't enough to kill this witch. I couldn't get over how great the make up turned out and how much more dramatic my expressions were.
A close-up of the magic my roommate pulled off for my make-up.
The most terrifying, polar opposite roommate costumes.
Although it looks like I terrified my roommates, the flash had actually disoriented us all.
Let's just zoom in on that face.. yeah, I don't know how I always manage to ruin pictures or where those devil eyes came from.
Our shower head broke shortly after we came back to school and we've just been sucking it up and holding it up to shower. Last night I was dreading the thought of holding the shower head with one hand while scrubbing my massive amount of make-up off with the other. So I came up with the temporary fix of duct taping it to the ceiling to which my roommate responded "I knew you would do something eventually". Ha ha. Of course I'm the roommate who fixes everything with duct tape.
