Karmaloop // Photo Diary 002

I have some pretty exciting news to share today. Over spring break, I became an official Karmaloop Rep. I'm sure most of you are thinking soooo what does that mean? I thought I would share two of the questions I've already been asked.

What is Karmaloop?
The easiest way for me to explain Karmaloop is to directly quote the about section on the site;
"Karmaloop consists of: with over 300 clothing brands for Guys and Ladies, Karmaloop Kazbah Karmaloop’s market place for select up and coming brands, Karmaloop contests, Karmaloop blogs, Karmaloop music, Karmaloop Look Books, Karmaloop Rep Program, a private flash sale site,, Buyer Wire Klickable Video, and coming later in 2011 Boylston Trading Co. exclusive street fashion and custom collabs, and KARMALOOP TV Multi-Platform the first cable channel for Verge Culture.... Celebrating the convergence of underground fashion, music, art, and entertainment!"

What does being a Karmaloop Rep mean?
for you
My Rep Code is: Charpology

Note: If you combine the Rep Code with a Promo Code the rep code will only take an additional 1% off.
for me
The discount works the same for me when using the Rep Code. However I earn 50 points for every $10 that you spend using my Rep Code and I earn 25 points for every $10 that you spend using my Rep Code combined with a Promo Code. Points can be redeemed for cash or gift cards.

There's so many great items and there are constantly sales and promotions so I have to recommend you check out the different sites and when you do don't forget to use Charpology in the Rep Code box at checkout!
I'd be more than happy to answer any other questions you may have.

Now for a short photo diary I thought I'd share my spring break in pictures. Granted I didn't take many pictures because I mostly worked, did homework, etc but I think these ones sum up my break
I ordered my first martini with dinner. It's still so weird to be able to do that now but of course I get overexcited to show my ID.

Macey spent most of the week stalking Critta. Neither of them know quite what to think of the other but it's always fun to watch their reactions and staring contests.

Almost 900 bottle caps saved for a sculpture- thanks to the club/my co-worker's husband for going to collect them for me!
There will be pictures of the sculpture at the end of the semester for my spring digital portfolio.

I finally framed the drawing I did of Kyle last spring. Yay free frames! It's nice to finally see it unrolled again after almost a year.

We got a Quaker Steak and Lube on the pike not too long ago. This is the first time I was able to go and I have to say, not exactly the best wings I've ever had but the presentation was great. The mini egg cartons for the wings was too cute. I liked the car theme overall but some of those vehicles hanging/ spinning from the ceiling made me nervous.

This is what the end of my break looked like but this is a pretty accurate representation for what the rest of my semester will look like as well. Only 5 more weeks until summer.

I'd love to see any purchases you make on Karmaloop (or its affiliate sites) just tag me on Instagram with #Charpology or tag ceeharp

Thanks for stopping by! Have a great weekend!

A Great Week to Go Green

Although it isn't officially spring until tomorrow, I decided to share how I styled one of my favorite trends a little early.

I used a little trick I learned from It's Not Her It's Me and wore my moss green cardigan backwards for a higher neckline and a lower button-down back. I love how it looks like a simple pullover sweater from the front but then there's a little detail in the back which is another trend that has been around for a while and I'm all about.

I'd also like to share a little about my phone case. I'm pretty picky about my cases, they must have a full bumper but of course I want it to be pretty as well. I searched for way longer than I'm willing to admit to find THE perfect case before I stumbled upon Case-Mate's Designer Prints Collection. There were so many beautiful options designed by nine different artists I kept thinking how do I only choose one? I decided to go with the Hyper Bouquet by Jessica Swift because the vibrant colors and flowers were perfect for spring and summer and I just fell in love with her style of work. As an added bonus these cases are actually two pieces, a rubber bumper and a hard plastic case so they provide protection and style without adding bulk. Needless to say I'm obsessed and I will probably pick out another just because I love to have options.

Top 5: Spring Trends

Midterms have been even more chaotic than usual thanks to this extra snowy semester. I haven't really had a chance to plan a post then I didn't take advantage of the beautiful weather to do an outfit post so I thought I'd share some of my favorite spring trends that I can't wait to wear. My spring break started today and I'm hoping to shoot a few outfits during it (fingers crossed for warm weather).
If all goes as planned, you should be able to click on the images to go directly to the item's page on its respective site.

5. Fringe
It's funny but I've actually been looking at these pieces for summer but seeing that I don't have any thing with fringe for this spring I may have to order a bit sooner not that I ever mind that ;).

4. Sheath Dresses
There are so many styling possibilities with sheath dresses. A basic sheath is necessary but I can't help but be drawn to some fun patterns too.

3. Lilac
Such an appropriate color for spring especially since it is a flower. I don't have any purple in my wardrobe currently and I think this would be a fabulous shade to start with. I'm dreaming of the possibilities.

2. Wide Leg Trousers
About this time last year I got into some crazy patterned and wide-legged pants so this trend is right up my alley. I got some great new pants at the end of fall that I haven't had a chance to wear yet and I can't wait to share!

1. Earth Tones
Mossy greens and rust are some of my favorite colors to wear which makes me ecstatic that I don't have to wait to wear them until fall to wear them.

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Check back soon for new posts! xo
